Full Court Privacy Policy (Beta)

Full Court (“Full Court”, “we”, “us”) is an invite‑only beta community. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Full Court app and related services (the “Service”).

1) Information We Collect

We collect information you provide and information generated by your use of the Service, including:

• Account info: name, email address, phone number, zip code, and profile photo.
• Profile & preferences: activities you play, favorite locations, availability status, and other profile details you choose to add.
• Social/interaction data: friends, invitations, teams, matches, messages, and participation status.
• Content you provide: messages and attachments you send (photos/files).
• Location data: approximate or precise device location (if you allow it) to show nearby locations and improve search relevance.
• Device & usage data: device identifiers, IP address, app usage logs, and diagnostic data.

2) How We Use Information

We use the information to:

• Provide and operate the Service (accounts, matches, teams, messaging).
• Show nearby locations, distance ordering, and location suggestions (when location permission is enabled).
• Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Communicate with you about service updates or support requests.
• Enforce policies and maintain the safety and integrity of the Service.

3) How We Share Information

We share information in limited ways:

• With other users: your profile, availability, matches, teams, and messages as needed to provide the Service.
• Service providers: hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and error reporting (as needed to operate the Service).
• Legal: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information.

4) Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., security logs).

5) Your Choices

• Account updates: You can update profile details in the app.
• Notifications: You can opt out of certain notifications in settings.
• Location: You can disable location access in your device settings; the app will still work with search-based results.
• Deletion: Contact us to request deletion of your account data.

6) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure.

7) Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8) International Users

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you consent to transfer and processing of your information in the U.S.

9) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll update the effective date and, if changes are material, provide notice in the app.
