Full Court Terms of Service (Beta)

Effective date: January 30, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Full Court app and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Beta Service

The Service is provided as a beta and may contain bugs or interruptions. We may change or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3) Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or harm other users.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Access or use the Service in violation of any laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5) User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., messages, photos). You grant Full Court a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, host, and display your content solely to operate the Service.

6) Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Court will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

10) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the effective date and notify you if changes are material.
